These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and telehealth services provided by Norm Wellness LLC (“Norm,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or receive care.
- You must reside in a U.S. state where our clinicians are authorized to provide telehealth services.
- You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and intake.
Not medical or emergency care
Our services support non-emergency care. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Information on the site is for educational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice.
Accounts & acceptable use
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not misuse the services (e.g., attempt to access others’ data, disrupt systems, or provide false information).
Payments, billing, and refunds
- Pricing and fees are disclosed on our Pricing page.
- Charges may occur only after clinician review and approval. See our Refund Policy.
- For subscriptions (if offered), renewals and cancellations will be disclosed prior to purchase.
Prescription fulfillment & shipping
If prescribed, medications may be fulfilled by licensed pharmacies and shipped where allowed by law. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Some medications may not be appropriate or available for all patients.
Disclaimer; limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Arbitration & governing law
Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive class actions. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
