How It Works

Norm connects you with a licensed clinician for medically supervised weight-loss care — entirely online.

   Create an account & complete your intake

   Sign up and fill out a secure medical intake form covering your health history, current medications, height, weight, and goals. The entire process takes about 5 minutes and is done entirely online.

2. 2

   A licensed clinician reviews your case

   A licensed healthcare provider (physician, NP, or PA) reviews your intake to determine eligibility for GLP-1 therapy. This typically takes 24–48 hours. You are not charged during this step.

3. 3

   Approval & payment

   If approved, you'll receive a personalized treatment plan and be prompted to complete payment for your clinician evaluation ($149, one-time). No charges occur before approval.

4. 4

   Prescription & pharmacy fulfillment

   If medication is appropriate, the clinician submits a prescription to a licensed partner pharmacy. The pharmacy handles dispensing, packaging, and shipping directly to your door.

5. 5

   Ongoing care & follow-ups

   Your clinician monitors your progress and adjusts your plan as needed. Follow-up visits are available at $79 per visit for dose changes, check-ins, or ongoing support.
