Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy explains when charges occur, what is refundable, and how to request a cancellation or refund.
When charges occur
- Evaluation: You are typically not charged until a clinician reviews your case and approves care.
- Medication: If prescribed, pharmacy and medication costs are billed separately.
Refunds
- If a clinician does not approve treatment, any pre-authorization or pending charge will be released or voided.
- Once medication has been dispensed or shipped, it is generally non-refundable by law.
- Service fees already rendered (e.g., completed consultation) are typically non-refundable.
Cancellations
- You may cancel an evaluation before clinician review for a full refund of any pending charge.
- To cancel or request a refund, email joseph@normwellness.com.
Shipping issues
- If a shipment is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will coordinate with the pharmacy on a resolution.
Subscriptions (if applicable)
- Subscription details (billing frequency, price, cancellation cutoffs) will be disclosed at checkout.
- You can cancel future renewals at any time before the renewal date; partial-period refunds are typically not issued.
